How to set up a Dual Connection to 1USA

Here are the instructions to setup a dual connection on Windows XP

After running the 1USA-Setup.Exe program to establish an account,
Click on the 1USA Icon on the desktop and the "Connect to 1USA" window should appear.
(sample icon on desktop)

Click on the Properties box
(highlighted in red for your convenience)

On the General tab, under "Connect Using" section, you should see both modems
(if there are two modems installed on the computer, otherwise it will only show one)
Click on both checkboxes next to the modems
then click on the Networking Tab (at the top of the window)

Click on the Settings button

and
NO, you don't want to share your hard drives or printers to anonymous people out there on the internet. Make sure that is un-checked.

On the small PPP Settings window that appears, click on the Checkbox to "Negotiatate multi-link for single link connections"
and click on the OK button to close the small PPP settings window
(not the other OK buttons...)

Now go to the Options Tab
Under Multiple Devices, click on the Down Arrow and select Dial All Devices
Under Idle Time Before Hangup, set it to 30 minutes

  You're done.
Click OK to close all windows.
Now restart the computer by clicking on Start > Shutdown > Restart the computer.
WAIT for Windows to load and the hard drive stops flickering, indicating that Windows is fully loaded,
then click to connect.
It's that easy.
